North Campus Communities
Welcome to the North Campus Communities. Open to returning and transfer students, the NCC is the University of Idaho’s latest on-campus residence hall. The NCC offers eligible students an exciting opportunity to live in an affordable residence hall while retaining a level of independence. Students staying in the NCC will experience all the benefits of on-campus life along with some additional amenities such as free parking in the NCC lot, air conditioning and a free continental breakfast, making it an accessible and a unique living option for students.

$2,425/semester, $4,850/academic year
McConnell Single
$3,410/semester, $6,820/academic year
Living Learning Community Double
$2,775/semester, $5,550/academic year
Living Learning Community / Stevenson Single
$3,625/semester, $7,250/academic year
Rates are subject to Idaho State Board of Education approval.
Single rooms are available in McConnell, Stevenson and the Living Learning Communities.
Rates are billed to students per semester. Students who apply for fall housing will sign a full-year contract.
First-year students living in the residence halls and all students living in Wallace, Theophilus Tower and McConnell are required to have a meal plan. Meal plan information can be found on the Idaho Eats Website.
The North Campus Communities features a private entrance and air conditioning. All resident's rooms include a mini-fridge and microwave.
